1. How long does it take to process my order?

Our products are hand made and made on demand, so please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order.

3. What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. 4. Can I return personalized or custom items?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for personalized or custom items. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

5. What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Can I exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Do you offer refunds?

If your return is approved, we will notify you and refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

8. Can I return sale items or gift cards?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

9. What items are not eligible for return?

Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are not eligible for return. If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us.

10. What is the European Union cooling off period?

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with tags and in its original packaging.
