To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Exceptions to Our Return Policy

While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain exceptions to our return policy. We cannot accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Damages and Issues

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. This will ensure that you get the desired product in a timely manner.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply as mentioned earlier, including the item being in the same condition as received, with tags, and in its original packaging.


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
